The arrival and departure of the bus will depend upon the condition of roads, weather
and the natural calamity. |

2.

Travelling without ticket is offence. You must have the print out of the ticket with you at the time of travelling. |

3.

Passenger is himself responsible for his lagguage. |
|
4. |
In case of technical problem, the traveller will be allowed to travel in other HRTC
buses.
|
|
5. |
ID proof provided by you must be carried with you at the time of travelling. |
|
6. |
No Email request will be entertained for cancellation of tickets. |

EXCERPTS FROM REGULATION
|
|
1.
|
e-Tickets can be booked upto 1 hour prior to the Departure Time of the bus. |
|
2.
|
Customer will only get the e-Ticket when the transaction has been done completely.
For any incomplete transaction HRTC will not be responsible.
|
|
3. |
Passengers failing to produce printed e-Ticket are liable to pay the Standard Fare and claims
for refunds in such cases will not be entertained.
|
|
4.
|
Claims for refunds or extensions in the case of reduced or depleted services will
not be entertained. |
|
5.
|
Customers Tickets are not transferable and do not confer any priority upon the holder
over passengers.
|
|
6.
|
Tickets which are loaned, lost or stolen will not be replaced.
|
|
7.
|
HRTC has full rights to change Bus fares/Bus Departure Time/cancellation rules any time Depending on the Rules and Regulations. |

In Case of Canceling the Ticket :
|
|
1.
|
An amount of 10% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of e-tickets is
upto 12 hours prior to the departure time of the bus(from orginating station of
the bus).
|
|
2.
|
An amount of 25% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of e-tickets is
with in 12 hours to the departure time of the bus(from orginating station of
the bus).

3.
|
The e-Tickets can be cancelled by the User himself upto 4 hours prior to the Departure Time of the bus by logging in to his/her account and then clicking on Edit/Cancel link shown against the e-Ticket. With in 4 hours to the Departure Time of the bus, the e-Tickets can only be cancelled at HRTC Counters located at the orginating station of the bus by showing Identity Proof and Printout of e-Ticket.

The service charges are non-refundable in case of e-Tickets cancellation.

No refund will be made in case of e-tickets after departure of bus ( from the orginating station of bus).

No Email request will be entertained for cancellation of tickets.
