This online application may be used to book the seats in Himachal Road Transport Corporation buses for various destinations with in and outside the Himachal Pradesh. The detailed guidelines to use this service are as under :-

1. If you are a new user and not registered, please register to get access to this application. If you are already registered with this service, then you can use your existing User Name and Password to enter into this application by Clicking here .

2. In order to register, click on "Register Here" link on the Home Page or Click here to Register.

3. A registration form appears on the screen. Fill all the details on the form and submit them. Choose your "user name" and "password" and please make sure that you don't forget the same.

4. Once your registration is active your can use your "user name" and "password" to login into the application. Enter user name and password and click on login button to enter into the application.

5. Successful login will redirect to the Online Booking Page. Follow the instruction there after as per your query to use this service.

6. Online booking can presently be done upto 1 hour prior to departure time of the bus. Within 1 hour to the Departure Time of the Bus, Tickets can only be booked from HRTC Counters.
   

7. The e-Tickets can be cancelled by the User himself upto 4 hours prior to the Departure Time of the bus by logging in to his/her account and then clicking on Edit/Cancel link shown against the e-Ticket. With in 4 hours to the Departure Time of the bus, the e-Tickets can only be cancelled at HRTC Counters located at the orginating station of the bus by showing Identity Proof and Printout of e-Ticket. 8. No Email request will be entertained for the cancellation of tickets .
